Charlotte Castillo is the Director of Contracts at Advantor Systems, where she has played a key role since 2019 in managing the company’s contracting processes, including its Federal Supply Schedule. Throughout the course of her career, Charlotte has built a strong foundation in both federal and commercial contracting.

Charlotte’s extensive experience includes a deep understanding of subcontracting, compliance, and operational management. She is responsible for overseeing Advantor Systems' contracting strategies and ensuring alignment with federal regulations, providing critical support in the company’s expansion and ability to meet client needs. Her role is integral to managing key contracts and ensuring efficient operations for both government and private sector projects.

Before her current position, Charlotte spent over eight years working in various contracting roles, particularly within the private equity sector, focusing on compliance and operational management. This experience has been invaluable in navigating the complex landscape of both commercial and federal contracts.

Her leadership and expertise ensure that Advantor Systems remains competitive and compliant in an ever-changing contracting environment, contributing significantly to the company's growth and long-term success. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Framingham State University and Federal Contracting Certifications from Duke University.
