Advantor Pass & ID is a comprehensive,
networkable badging system that simplifies the
process of issuing visitor passes and
identification badges. Utilizing Windows XP Pro,
a high-performance industrial computer, and a
single shared database, Advantor Pass & ID
provides a fast, cost-method to produce
high-quality, tamper-proof badges. With a "drag
and drop" card design, users can easily create
an unlimited number of custom badge formats in
addition to the pre-designed specialty badges
such as the AF-75 visitor pass, AF-1199
restricted area badge, and the AF-354 civilian
identification card. As the most robust badging
application available, Advantor Pass & ID has
become a favorite throughout high-security
and military installations worldwide.

Advantor Pass & ID is available as a turn-key stand-alone system or seamlessly integrated into our
Advantor Suite for Networks (ASN) or SF/X monitoring platform. Serving as a central depository of
images and cardholder information, the system allows the high-speed capturing and importing of images,
administration of user information, and printing of access control cards in any format.
FLEXIBILITY
Advantor Pass & ID's flexible configuration
allows it to be utilized as a low-cost single
station or networked via Ethernet LAN to link
together multiple badging stations (Visitor
Center, Pass and ID, etc.) with viewing stations
(Law Enforcement Desk, ECP, etc). The system
supports all industry standard card and reader
technologies, including wiegand, proximity, mag
stripe, etc. To tailor the system to your unique
environment, the system hardware peripherals are
available in an a la carte offering, allowing
you to create a package containing only the
components you want, thus saving you money.
SIMPLICITY & EASE OF USE
Operating in a Windows XP environment with
standard icons, a WYSIWYG display, and an
intuitive interface, Advantor Pass & ID is
designed to simplify and expedite badge
production in any volume. Pre-sponsored and
previous visitors can be quickly called up from
the database, eliminating the need for duplicate
data entry, and only active fields for a given
badge format are displayed to minimize
unnecessary data fields. Making use of auto-incrementation
for pass number generation, intelligent tracking
to prevent accidental reproduction, and default
values for standard fields, Advantor Pass & ID
allows new system operators to quickly become
proficient at using the system.
CUSTOM BADGE FORMATS
Utilizing our "drag and drop" card design,
system operations can easily create an unlimited
number of custom badge layouts, in addition to
pre-defined specialty badges such as the AF-75
visitor pass, AF-1199 restricted area badges,
and the AF-354 civilian identification card.
Custom badge layouts can incorporate graphics,
photos, logos, emblems, colors, text, and
barcodes to produce professional, high-quality
badges. New personnel photos can be quickly
captured from the system's digital camera, while
existing personnel photos can be easily imported
from the computer's hard-drive or other
networked computers.
ADVANCED SEARCHING & REPORTING
With unparalleled searching and reporting
capabilities, Advantor Pass & ID makes critical
information easily available at the click of a
mouse. System operators can quickly search by
any field, including user-defined fields,
simplifying the tracking and cross-referencing
of information (ie. license number to vehicle
operator to sponsor). Numerous reports such as a
Deleted Users Report, Tracked ID Report, and EAL
are accessible through Advantor Pass & ID and
the system's report memory allows you to quickly
perform a new report on the last criteria and
parameters.
