STREAMLINED VISITOR PROCESSING
Utilizing a secure connection, base personnel
can pre-register visitors through a webpage from
any computer, anytime, anywhere. Upon arrival,
visitors enter their information into the
iVisitor kiosk and a match is quickly called up
from the electronic Entry Authority List (EAL),
eliminating the need for manual entry by visitor
center personnel. Upon verification, a
customized ID, such as an AF 75, is printed and
the sponsor is notified via email or pager.
WORLDWIDE BARMENT SCREENING AND ALERTS
Utilizing a patent-pending engine, iVisitor
detects and deters potential security breaches
before they impact you. Unwanted guests, ranging
from barred individuals to known felons, are
imported into the engine tp alert personnel of a
potential threat to your installation. Bases
across the world can be connected to share one
common barment database and interlaced with
other national criminal databases. When a
visitor is scheduled, scans and crosschecks can
be performed to ensure they are a permitted
visitor. If an alert is necessary, the
appropriate personnel is notified.
SECURED ELECTRONIC ENTRY AUTHORITY LIST (EAL)
No longer is sensitive visitor information kept
on paper reception logs, but secured
electronically and only available to authorized
users. This visitor data can be accessed
quickly, eliminating the need for manually
intensive paper searches. iVisitor utilizes the
latest security technologies and SSL encryption
to ensure the utmost in privacy, security, and
integrity of all visitor data.
CUSTOM VISITOR PASS PRINTING
For added visual identification, iVisitor
records all visitor information in user-defined
badge layouts. This allows for the production of
an unlimited number of customized ID badges and
standard forms such as the AF 75. Since only
inputted visitors can be issued a badge,
iVisitor ensures that your visitor processing is
faster, smarter, and more secure.
REAL-TIME REPORTING FROM ANYWHERE
With iVsitor, visitor data becomes available and
easily accessible from anywhere in the world.
The real-time search capabilities and visitor
status reports provide your base with a new
