GENERAL FUNCTION:
Duties and responsibilities for this position include providing the Management, Supervision and Customer Support of the Customer Support Area for the Advantor Service Department.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Extensive knowledge and 5+ years hands on experience with electronic alarm systems and sensors.
Extensive knowledge and 5+ years hands on experience with electronic access control systems.
Experience using programming software associated with electronic alarm and access control systems.
CCTV experience a plus.
Two years minimum of related college or job experience.
General knowledge and experience with Windows NT, 2000, XP.
General knowledge and experience with MS Office.
General computer hardware knowledge.
Management Experience of a Technical Support Environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Provide supervision and direct management of  the Customer Support and Technical Support Center Personnel.
Assist both field technicians and customers with technical, application and service related aspects of integrated alarm/access control systems.
Log all support calls.
Interface with engineering, testing and documentation departments as needed.
Provides support for technical bulletins, application notes, internet knowledge base.
Gather information from field in order to duplicate any reported problems.
Implement software upgrades.
Provides Sales and Customer Service departments information on proper application of products.

ALARM INSTALLER

 
DESCRIPTION:
100% TRAVEL

GENERAL FUNCTION:
To provide installation, service, and application support for products and systems.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Travels nationally and internationally to install, modify, service, and repair security systems in military bases, government facilities, and businesses.
Installs and Troubleshoots IDS Devices, ACS Devices, CCTV Devices, WSTI Devices.
Completes performance verification testing after completing installations..
Carefully and accurately completes all installation checklists, test reports, and other paperwork and turn them into the office within time constraints specified per policy.
Monitors equipment inventory during installations.
Redlines equipment risers and floor plan layout drawings for completed projects.
Follows all safety procedures applicable to job site situations.
Is “ready" at all times for emergency service trip.
Trains customers on basic use of Advantor systems.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Position is 100% travel.
Must be able to obtain Secret personnel clearance.
Able to lift at least 50 pounds.

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Three years experience in the security installation and service industry, or one year experience and a two year technical electronics education, with emphasis on both digital and analog circuits.
Sound working knowledge of the PC computer platform and Windows operating system environment.
Strong technical skills related to the installation, repair, and servicing of security systems equipment, including: intrusion detection, access control, CCTV, WSTI, and related equipment.
Ability to discern color coded wiring and components.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of low voltage circuitry.
Problem solver; able to engage in proactive behavior and look for opportunities to solve problems.
Basic administrative skills such as typing, faxing, scanning, copying, email (Microsoft Outlook), and phone etiquette.

Infrasafe is seeking an energetic and talented associate to deliver innovative customer facing on-line security services. We are looking for a Java Developer for the development, design & support of a security service that provides on-line visitor and vendor control to our global customers on a highly scalable platform.  You will have the chance to work on unique and innovative solutions on a multi-tiered platform using Java, JSP, AJAX, Struts and Hibernate among other technologies.  Our online service is a key focus area for the company and is growing at an aggressive rate, creating an exciting workplace and utilizing your skills to their potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop and support on-line solution using Java, SOAP, AJAX, Struts, and other web technologies.
Communicate gaps in business and technical functionality.
Unit and system testing of application code, as well as execution of implementation activities.
Help research and recommend new tools and technology frameworks that can drive innovation and differentiation of our service.

REQUIREMENTS:
Passion for the customer and technology
2 years Java development experience.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE - Moody AFB

 
GENERAL FUNCTION:
Provide installation and service support for products and systems.

Performs preventive maintenance as scheduled.
On call service as scheduled.
Professional conduct when visiting customer locations.

Knowledge to install electrical conduit, back boxes, system wiring and cable supports.
Able to lift 50 pounds or more.
Able to work off of ladders of lifts.

OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

 
   
GENERAL FUNCTION:
To assist the Operations Coordinator with scheduling, coordinating and billings of the Service’s department projects.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Two years or related college experience or 4 years of equivalent administrative  experience.
Excellent customer service, communication and documentation skills.
Computer experience using MS Word, Excel and Windows.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Compile supplementing documentation to complete the job packages.
Create and maintain the project folders.
Create budget and billing worksheets for projects.
Prepare and submit Customer Receipt of Order Letters.
Send credit card authorization to hotels for Field Installers.
Obtain hotel and car receipts and submit to accounting.
Obtain project sign offs, testing reports and provide information to accounting.
Provide cost accounting information of BTA bills.
Assist the Operations Coordinator in scheduling installation work with customers.
Verify that all required time, expense, project and weekly report are submitted.
Assist the Operations Coordinator with scheduling the Field Installers and Subcontractors.

PROGRAM MANAGER

 
   
GENERAL FUNCTION:
Primary responsibility is to direct and supervise the daily activities of our project managers, field technicians and subcontractors for multiple projects insuring the work is accomplished in accordance with the contract terms, profitability and of established quality standards.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Strong professional communication skills both written and oral.
General understanding of military organization.
Minimum of four (4) years project management experience in the security, electrical and service industries with emphasis on documentation and resource scheduling.
Computer experience using MS Projects, MS Word, Excel and Windows
Position requires regular travel to client site locations
Capable of obtaining a security clearance
Reports to Director of Installations

SPECIFIC DUTIES:  
Ability to direct all activities involved with our field technicians and subcontractors at multiple locations.
Oversee or prepare all customer and company correspondence and documents such as MS Projects schedules, testing reports, project status reports, as-builts, daily work logs, RFI’s, etc.
Ability to provide accurate revenue / profitability forecasting.
Review and approve all field technician weekly project, time and expense reporting.
Closely monitor and evaluate subcontractor’s work to insure quality performance and compliance to contractual agreements.
Ensure compliance with Statement of Work and contractual completion dates.
Ensure the proper training and certification of employees and subcontractors.
Provide both remote phone and on-site service to customers and field staff
Prepare and provide all field test reports
Support the test and repair departments in developing and reviewing proper test and repair procedures
Support the Sales and Customer Service departments on proper application of products.
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

PROJECT COORDINATOR

 
   
GENERAL FUNCTION:
The main responsibility for the Operations Coordinator is the scheduling, coordinating and billings of the Service’s department projects and the specific duties are as follows:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
 
Two years or related college experience or equivalent experience with a background in security industry.
Knowledge or hands-on experience with alarm systems and access control systems.  Excellent customer service, communication organization and documentation skills.
Computer experience using MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Project and Windows.
 
   
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Receive and review job packages, as provided by Contracting.  If required, compile supplementing documentation to complete the job packages.
Submit project package to the Field Installers and Trainers.
Maintain the project folders and inspect for completeness.
Ensure compliance with Statement of Work and contractual completion dates.
Schedule installation work with customers.
Coordination of product ship dates.
Verify ship dates prior to installation confirmation.
Work with Program Managers and training department to assign and schedule Project.
Maintain awareness of skill set of all personnel resources available to perform work.
Review projects of Field Installers for special tools and resources needed to perform the work.
Coordinate scheduling with Subcontractors.
Record and process  Subcontractor invoices with coordination of Program Managers.
Assist with forecast information on revenue.
Assist with aging reports, job summaries and project timelines.
Provide billing information (revenue, accruals and invoicing) to Accounting.
Review monthly financial detail reports to verify accurate reporting or revenue and expenses.
Determine course of action and resolution to daily issues (i.e. equipment problems, missing inventory, scheduling issues) that arise on job sites.
