ADVANTOR SYSTEMS TO ASSIST IN US AIR FORCE
TRANSFORMATIONAL TECHNOLOGY INSERTION (TTI)
EFFORT
Orlando, FL May 14, 2008 - Advantor Systems
Corporation has been selected as a
sub-contractor to provide the annunciator
upgrades at each of the TTI "Proof of Concept"
operational bases - MacDill AFB, Travis AFB and
Barnes ANGB.
Under the Transformational Technology Insertion
(TTI) program, the Electronic System Center's
642d Electronic Systems Squadron (642 ELSS) at
Hanscom AFB, MA, is tasked with responsibility
to permanently install and integrate various
Base Defense equipment and systems.
The scope of the effort will be to install and
integrate the following ground based radars and
thermal imagers with an upgraded version of the
existing annunciators via existing base Local
Area Networks (LAN):

Manportable Surveillance & Tracking
Radar Systems (MSTAR) |

Wide-area Surveillance Thermal Imager (WSTI) |
|
|
DiOP Thermal Imager Upgrade Kits |
The prime contractor selected for this effort
is Northrop Grumman. In addition, the 642d will
manage the program to install and integrate an
Automated Installation Entry Control System (AIECS)
and Visitor Center Enrollment System (VCES) at
Eglin AFB Site C-3, MacDill AFB and Barnes ANGB.
